OUR STORY

BestCare Counseling was born from lived experience, not just a clinical degree. Founder Gary Alston grew up navigating real hardship—and instead of letting it stop him, he let it shape him into the kind of therapist most people never get access to. He started this practice in March 2026 to build something different: a behavioral health space where clients feel like people, not case numbers. A place rooted in trauma-informed care, community connection, and genuine human understanding.
